Psychiatric services aim to support people with severe and persistent mental health issues to overcome their challenges and maintain their functioning. Often, Metanoia provides psychiatric support in conjunction with psychotherapy.


Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provided by a qualified trained psychotherapist can help you to relieve from emotional distress, solve problems in their daily lives, improve ways of thinking and behaviors to work productively and enjoy personal relationship.  Psychotherapy is provided individually, for couples, for families or groups.

Lay counselors are paraprofessionals who apply the skills of active listening, helping you to calm down, sharing information, facilitating decision making and making referral to help people build their resources and improve their coping ability.
Skills training
(Better Me, Better My Child)

“Better Me, Better My Child” Program is for parents who want to improve their parenting skills to help their children build happy and successful lives. To help parents achieve this goal, the program aims to build psychological resources of parents to establish and maintain positive relationships with their children.

“Better Me, Better My Life” program is for students (adolescence and youth) who have been exploring their potential and career interest in their life. The program aims to assist them to better identify and pursue their academic and career goal and prepare them for their transitions in emerging adulthood.

(Better Me, Better Others)

“Better Me, Better Others” program aims to build social skills, the skills that we use to interact and communicate with others in our daily lives. Social skills are essential in helping us to maintain positive relationship with others and respond appropriately in social situations. 
​The program currently focuses on children (6 – 12 years) who face challenges in social dealings or want to improve their social skills.

Quality of life packages
​(Beautiful Life for Children)

Quality of life package (Beautiful Life for Children) aims to improve quality of life of children with neurodevelopmental disorders. 
The packages are tailored according to the needs of the individuals and the families and the activities may involve assessment (meeting with school for children, client & family members), psychiatric service, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, skills training and training and supervision for caretakers.

Quality of life package (Beautiful Life for Senior Citizens) aims to improve quality of life of senior citizens with neurocognitive disorders or other mental health problems. ​​​The packages are tailored according to the needs of the individuals and the families and the activities may involve assessment (meeting client, family members, & caretaker), psychiatric service, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, skills training and training and supervision for caretakers.

Psychological assessment
This services include psychological assessment and evaluation such as personality assessment, assessment of Intellectual Functioning, behavioral assessment. Based on the need of the individuals and organizations, a set of psychological tests are used in psychological assessment and evaluation.
Services for organizations
These services consist of psychological assessment, counseling, training, research and other support services based on the needs of your organization. Second Home (Employee Assistance Program): An organization is fruitful only when her workers are productive. Therefore, it is important to create a workplace environment which contributes to the optimal well-being of the staff.  “Second Home” program from Metanoia will help the organizations to identify workplace issues, create a media for safe sharing, and improve staff awareness on mental health leading to healthier individuals and orgnaizations. The program often includes brief assessment of workplace situation, group sharing and education sessions, short course counseling sessions for individuals.
